Evidence of smoking, parties, or unregistered guests will lead to immediate termination of the stay, a USD$200 fine, and potential costs associated with lost future bookings. Please treat this residential apartment with the same care as your own home; excessive messes found upon checkout will result in an additional USD$30 cleaning fee. Additionally, any damages or missing items not paid within 5 days of notification may be charged to the guest's credit card. Guests are required to complete an access form after the reservation is confirmed.

CLEANING FEE This property is considered as a residential apartment, so it is expected to be treated the same as your home. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of USD$30.
