Designed perfectly for large family gatherings, the home accommodates up to 12 guests with a spacious layout of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the first floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite full bath, while the second floor hosts a gulf front master bedroom with a king bed and furnished balcony, a second gulf front bedroom with a queen bed and balcony, a room with two twins and one double bed, and a fourth upstairs bedroom containing two twin bunk sets and one double bed. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom.

Inside, the home offers abundant space for connection and relaxation. The first level boasts a gulf front living room with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat screen TV, alongside a dining area that easily seats 12. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is great for preparing large meals, equipped with double ovens, a gas range on the island, and a pot filler sink.

Outdoor living is just as impressive as the interior. Guests can enjoy two nicely furnished gulf front decks that stretch the width of the house, as well as an open sundeck for soaking up the Florida sun. The ground level provides a paved covered area and a convenient outdoor shower.

Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this property is not pet friendly and the minimum rental age is 25. While the home is equipped with an elevator for convenience, it only operates from the ground level to the first floor; access to the second floor is by stairs only. Additionally, the elevator's continuous operation is not guaranteed.
