As this is an urban location near a major thoroughfare, street noise may be noticeable. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and vaping of any substance are prohibited everywhere on the property, indoors and outdoors; guests must leave the premises to smoke, and violations may result in a $150 penalty. Pets are welcome, though the space may not be 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests.
