Each of the 5 spacious bedrooms offers unique theming: the Pirates of the Caribbean room on the first level with a queen bed, Mickey themed room on the second level with a king bed and private bathroom, Harry Potter room with queen bed and private bathroom, Finding Nemo room with 2 twin beds, and Toy Story room with 2 twin beds. The villa features 4.5 bathrooms throughout, ensuring comfort for all guests.

The property boasts exceptional amenities including a loft game room with foosball table and TV, plus televisions in every room. Outdoor bliss awaits with your private screened-in heated pool available year-round with pool toys and water slide. Located in Davenport, Florida, this resort puts you minutes away from world-famous theme parks while providing a peaceful retreat with resort access and all the comforts of home. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM with convenient keypad entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pool heating is available for $40 per day plus tax and recommended November through April. Please note that beginning January 2025, the resort charges a $45 plus tax resort fee per vehicle payable at check-in.
