Designed for family memories, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. While the total capacity is 12, the layout is best suited for a maximum of 8 adults plus children. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen in the second, and a double in the third. The fourth bedroom is a large bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds and one double bed, making it ideal for kids and holiday sleepovers. For added comfort, every bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, and the main living area is air-conditioned.

Inside, the open-plan living area captures stunning ocean views and features a large, comfy lounge, a smart TV, and a record player for slow afternoons. The kitchen provides all the essentials for a beach stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine (please note there is no dishwasher). The two bathrooms retain their original, slightly dated charm, and a separate toilet is available for added convenience.

The backyard opens directly onto the beach, and the deck is an inviting spot for morning coffees and sunset drinks, complete with a large outdoor dining table that seats up to 10 guests. The Wooli Wooli River is directly across the road, and a vacant block of crown land next door provides a shady tree for children to play under.
