Float Home's prime Guerneville location puts you minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. Important Guest Information: Property requires stair access from parking area. Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests with up to 4 additional daytime visitors. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-7am, and no outside amplified music is permitted. A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days before arrival. Currently, there is no indoor dining area available. Guests must be 25 or older to book and will need to sign house rules and rental agreement. County permit TVR21-0003, tax number 4026N.
