Located only 136 steps from the beautiful Cape San Blas beaches, this home offers a great value and a convenient home base for your coastal escape.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features a versatile layout across multiple levels. The primary sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, supplemented by a spacious loft. The first level hosts the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath, alongside a second bedroom featuring a queen bed and its own full bath. For additional guests, the second level offers a large loft area equipped with a double bed and 2 twin size beds. The first level also includes the living room with a TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo with limited gulf views, a kitchen, and a dining room. The ground level provides essential utility with a laundry room, garage, and the signature outdoor shower that gave the property its name.

While no general amenities are listed, the property is perfectly positioned for exploration. You will find yourself midway down the peninsula near The Trading Post, where you can enjoy fresh donuts every morning. For those seeking adventure, you can hop on the bike trail to visit the award-winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park in one direction or head toward Salinas Park for a game of sand volleyball in the other.

• Winter Rentals: We LOVE Snowbirds! Low monthly winter rates are available from November through February. Monthly stays must follow the property's turnover day, and alternate dates must be pre-approved.
