The space is refreshed and modernized, featuring a full kitchen with updated appliances, a spacious bathroom, and the added convenience of in-unit laundry facilities.

Located just blocks from Albany's downtown district, you are moments away from local shops, restaurants, and parks. The neighborhood is rich with attractions, including the Antique mall, museums, live theaters, and the Historical Carousel and Museum.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking is available for $10 per night.
• Access: Follow the driveway to the right of the house through the gated backyard to the Carriage House entrance.

Pet Policy: We are glad to host your dogs! Other pets (lizards, ferrets, etc.) require pre-approval. A pet cleaning fee applies, and there is a fee of $40 per week per pet for dogs (capped at $120 per month). To keep the home fresh, we require the following:

• No pets on furniture or in the bedrooms.
• Pets must be crated if left unattended.
• Please use the provided baby gates or keep bedroom doors closed.
• No pet baths in the tub.
• Please use dedicated doggy towels at the entrance and scoop all pet waste.

Enhance your stay with available add-ons: early check-in ($25), late check-out ($25), a pack-n-play ($10), or exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day). For larger groups, please inquire about adding the main house units to your booking.
