• Minimum age to book: 21
• No pets allowed (unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine)
• Strictly non-smoking property; violation results in a $250 fine
• No washer/dryer available
• Parking: From June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass is issued per reservation. All guests except those with handicap placards must park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

Building Notice: Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction. Please follow all posted signs and staff directions during your stay.
