• EV Charging: A shared on-site EV charger is available, operating during off-peak hours from 12:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Policies: No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Additional Notes: The property is not equipped with air-conditioning. For security, there are two exterior-only security cameras located on the roof and at the front gate. A short check-in form and rental agreement must be completed after booking.
