The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to provide comfort and privacy. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, including two main bedrooms on opposite ends of the house featuring queen size beds and fantastic views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Two additional bedrooms offer ocean views and queen size beds, while a fifth bedroom contains two twin beds that are ideal for children. For guests exceeding the bed count, two additional sofa beds provide extra sleeping spaces to accommodate up to 14 guests. The home is completed by 3 bathrooms and the convenience of central heat.

Outside, an enormous deck wraps around the entire backside of the house, offering an ideal spot for dinner overlooking the beach during sunset or relaxing in Adirondack chairs. Guests can also soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the panoramic scenery.
