This inviting accommodation is designed for up to 3 guests. The layout is distributed across two levels, featuring a ground floor with a living room, kitchen, and separate bathroom, with a cozy bedroom located on the upper floor. The bedroom is furnished with one queen bed (160x200) and one twin bed (90x200). In the living area, guests will find a tiled floor, a dining table with three chairs, two sofa armchairs, a coffee table, and a television equipped with Chromecast.

For those who enjoy cooking, the compact corner kitchen is well-appointed with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, a 2-burner induction stove, and a SMEG cooling tower and freezer. Additional conveniences include a coffee maker, kettle, and air fryer. The separate ground-floor bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Outside, a paved terrace awaits with a corner lounge, table, and pillow box, perfect for relaxing.

Located in Noord-Brabant, the property is ideally situated for exploring the region. It is located near the world-famous Efteling theme park and the stunning Loonse & Drunense Duinen, making it a perfect base for family walks or mountain bike tours. For larger groups, 't Spoorhuys can be booked in combination with the nearby 10-person accommodation, Wachtpost 22.

Practical details include free parking in a nearby fenced lot. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A prepaid deposit of €250.00 is required 7 days prior to arrival. Several optional services are available for an additional fee, including bed linen (€14.50 per bed), towels (€4.00 each), bathrobes, a campfire package, and a fresh local breakfast delivered to your door. A tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night is also applicable.
