Welcome to your cozy and spacious getaway in Kissimmee, Florida! This beautiful home is perfect for families and groups, offering comfort, space, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The layout is designed for both comfort and convenience, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a full bedroom located downstairs, a king bedroom upstairs, and two bunk rooms upstairs, each equipped with a full bed and a twin bunk.

Guests will enjoy a wide array of high-quality amenities to ensure a seamless stay:

Beyond the home, you have exclusive resort access to the Champions Gate Community. This includes the Oasis Club, a beautifully appointed facility boasting resort-style pools with water slides, cabanas, a lazy river, splash park, tiki bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, locker rooms, volleyball courts, movie theatre, game room, and an indoor restaurant. Additionally, guests can access the Retreat Club, which features more water slides, a pool, splash pad, mini golf, and relaxing hammocks.

Practical information for your visit: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All reservations must be made by an individual over the age of 21. To help you settle in, a starter supply of essentials is provided (three trash bags, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, dish soap, and hotel-size toiletries); however, please note that salt and pepper are not provided.

This home is pet-friendly with no additional pet fee, though we kindly request that pets do not climb on furniture or beds. A $250.00 pet cleaning fee applies for any violations. Optional services include pool heating for $70 (up to five nights), which warms both the pool and jacuzzi simultaneously. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee if requested one day in advance.
