No street parking permitted - violations result in $1000+ fines. Four-car driveway capacity only. Pet-free environment maintained for allergy considerations. Daytime visitors require advance approval. Professional photography requires prior authorization and fees.

We highly recommend buying trip insurance. We’re unable to move or cancel dates within 30 days of travel. Please see the cancellation policy for more details. If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Refunds are not provided due to weather or road conditions, since everyone's tolerance level for driving in weather is different. Clearing snow from the driveway and stairs for access to and from the home is our responsibility, and we will try our best to accommodate normal check in/out times in the event of snow. In the event that the quantity of snow is such that we cannot clear access to the house, a full refund will be given.

Prior approval and fee required for all editorial/commercial/professional film or photography. Unsponsored photography/film for personal social media is welcome!! (please tag @To_Dwell_Here and @Em_Henderson to give credit to the property).

We can offer early check in or late check out depending on our schedule (we won't know if early/late check in/out is available until 1-2 days prior).

Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed at the cabin overnight. Daytime visitors require prior approval and their cars must still fit in the driveway. Please make/update your reservation to reflect the accurate number of guests.

No street parking allowed! We can fit 4 cars in the driveway. Please make sure they are completely off the street. Street parking will result in fines from Code Enforcement upwards of $1000.

Strict quiet hours, per the county noise ordinance, are between 10pm and 8am. During these hours, please be mindful of loud talking outside as noise travels far.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or anywhere on premises.

We ask that this remain a pet-free house due to allergies. If you are traveling with a service animal, message us and we can help you find one of our other pet-friendly homes!

For check out, please be sure to: 1) clean pots/pans and put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Start the dishwasher so it finishes in time for the cleaners to empty it. 2) clear all your food items out of the fridge, freezer, and pantry. 3) take out the kitchen trash (put it in a trash can with a lid secured so critters don't make a mess of it).
