Welcome to Atlantis Villa, a luxurious Bohemian Fun House offering 4 bedrooms and over 2,400 square feet of modernized vacation space in the peaceful gated community of High Grove, Clermont. From the moment you open the door, the boho cosmopolitan décor creates instant relaxation and vacation vibes.

This two-story home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed with ensuite bath including shower, garden tub and dual sink vanity. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 provides two full beds sleeping up to 4 guests. Bedroom 4 includes 2 twin beds. All bedrooms showcase the home's distinctive boho style with decorative murals and comfortable beds for restful sleep.

The villa features exceptional amenities including a Mario-themed games room with air conditioning, pool table, air hockey, stand-up multi arcade, multi arcade table, and pub top table with stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless appliances, dining table seating for 6, and breakfast bar seating for 3. The living room centers around a 65-inch smart TV with comfortable sofa seating.

Your private screened pool area offers protection from bugs and wildlife while maintaining the tropical Florida aesthetic with paver-lined deck surrounded by lush foliage. The pool area includes a private spa, outdoor dining for 6, and 4 sun loungers. Pool and spa heating available for additional fee with 4-day minimum (recommended October through May).

High Grove's prime location at the junction of US192 and US27 provides convenient access to Orlando's top attractions. Disney parks are just 15-20 minutes away, Universal Studios 30-35 minutes, and SeaWorld 25-30 minutes. The community offers resort access with solar-heated community pool and spa, well-equipped gym, ping pong, playground, and crazy golf.

Nearby conveniences include 24-hour Walmart less than a mile away, various shopping centers, and hundreds of restaurants along US192. Orlando International Airport is 35-40 minutes away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. Free parking available on premises and street parking. Guests receive access information 3 days prior to arrival.
