This unique property is rented as an entire home but consists of two fully separate floors. Each level features its own private entrance, meaning the units do not connect internally, providing a wonderful balance of shared time and private space. The layout includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 10.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the two floors. The first floor offers two bedrooms each with a King bed, plus a Queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home is designed for a seamless stay with the following features:

• Fully equipped kitchens on both floors (including coffee, tea, olive oil, and basic staples)
• Nespresso and regular drip-coffee machines
• High-speed WiFi and WiFi-enabled TVs for personal streaming
• Washer and dryer with laundry detergent
• Front porch with a cozy sectional and rocking chairs
• Backyard featuring a gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Free street parking available. The common driveway/walkway is for unloading only and cannot be used for parking.
• Security Deposit: A $500 hold is required via a secure link upon confirmation, released one day after checkout.
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking or vaping (inside or outside), and no parties or events. This is a "no shoes" house; please remove footwear at the door. All guests must be 25 years or older, though minors may stay if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Note: Please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided.
