Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort, featuring 1 bedroom with a king bed and a living room equipped with a queen pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, allowing the home to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout includes 1 full bathroom with a tub and shower. Unique room details include an indoor electric fireplace located in the bedroom and a private roof-top deck with seating and dining for four accessible from the master bedroom, as well as a private balcony off the family room.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure accessibility, a chair lift is available for guests who have difficulty with stairs. Please note that this is a no-shoes house and a smoke-free environment (no smoking or vaping inside or outside). Pets are not permitted, and parties or events are prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 11 PM. Be sure to pack your own beach towels, as these are the only linens not provided. Note that beach tags are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day; if the provided tags are lost, a $50 fee per tag applies.
