This thoughtfully designed residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is optimized for both privacy and socializing. On the third floor, you will find the primary bedroom offering a luxurious king bed, a private nook with a desk, a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms provide a comfortable queen bed in one and a bunk bed (featuring both twin and double beds) in the second, which shares a separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

The second floor is dedicated to entertaining and relaxation. It features an open-concept design with a large, fully stocked kitchen with ample space for cooking and dining, and a cozy living room equipped with an arcade and games for added fun. For extra guests, a pull-out couch/futon is available upon request; please notify the host ahead of time to have this bedding prepared.

You are just minutes away from the city's top attractions, including the Tennessee Aquarium, the scenic Riverwalk, Lookout Mountain, and Ruby Falls, making it easy to venture out for city sights or natural beauty.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older to rent this property, and a signed rental agreement is required. Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; violations result in a $200 per day charge.

To keep the home pristine, mid-stay cleanings are required for long-term stays: one clean halfway through for stays of 30-44 days, and approximately every 15 days for stays over 45 days. Each mid-stay clean costs $65. For stays of 30 days or longer, an initial supply of consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) is provided, with guests responsible for further purchases.

Damage fees may apply for towels ($4-$38), bedding ($8-$66), comforters/encasements ($88-$141), and pillows ($27). Furniture or fixture damage is charged according to the vendor repair invoice, and an excessive cleaning fee between $50 and $200 may be applied depending on the work required.
