Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull-out mattress in the living room sofa and a single private daybed in the enclosed sunroom. With newly replaced bedroom flooring, every space feels fresh and welcoming.

Important information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The Atlantis Association requires all guests to register with the Security/Administration Office in the building underpass upon arrival to receive parking permits. During peak season (May-September), parking fees are $60 for the first vehicle's entire stay and $15/day for additional vehicles (up to $60 when space is available). This fee is collected directly by The Atlantis.

Please note: This is a no-smoking unit with no pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and senior week rentals are not permitted. Long-term stays are welcome.
