For additional guests, the unit offers a pull-out mattress within the living room sofa and a private single daybed located in the enclosed sunroom. Recent updates include fresh bedroom flooring replaced within the past year.

Important Parking Detail: Every guest must register with the Atlantis Security/Administration Office in the underpass to receive a parking permit. From May through September, a separate fee is collected directly by the association: $60 for the first vehicle for the entire stay and $15 per day for additional vehicles (up to $60), subject to availability.
