For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a pull-out sofa that sleeps two, and the enclosed sunroom offers a private daybed with an underlying trundle bed.

This family-friendly retreat is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including toys, games, and puzzles to keep the little ones entertained. The home features a refreshed interior with all new kitchen appliances and a new washer and dryer. The upgraded kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, essentials, a microwave, dishwasher, and a basic coffee maker with supplies.

Please note that The Atlantis Association requires all guests to register with the Security/Administration Office upon arrival to receive a parking permit. From May through September, there is a separate fee collected directly by The Atlantis: $60 for the first vehicle's entire stay and $15 per day for each additional vehicle (up to $60), subject to availability.
