Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that a $5 Community Infrastructure Contribution is added to every reservation. To protect the property, a refundable safety deposit of $450 or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39–$79) is required.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking or recreational drugs inside (violation incurs a $500 fee)
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests
• Plumbing: Flush toilet paper only; all wipes must go in the bin (misuse may incur a NZ$350 charge)
• This unit shares a common wall with an adjoining property, separated by a locked internal door for privacy.
