The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across multiple levels: the main level hosts a bedroom with a King bed, an electric fireplace, and an ensuite full bath, while the lower level offers a bedroom with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and its own electric fireplace. For additional guests, the living room includes a twin blow-up mattress. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for your convenience.

Entertainment is at the core of the Blue Tick experience. The lower level is dedicated to fun, featuring a spacious theater room with plush reclining seats and a large Smart TV for movie nights. Just steps away, the game room invites friendly competition with a foosball table and arcade classics like NBA Jam and Pac-Man. • Pets: Allowed (must be house-trained, off furniture/bedding, and waste disposed of)
• Rules: Minimum booking age is 21. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside. No parties or unauthorized guests. Trash must be placed in the bear-proof cage.
• Fees: Unauthorized late check-outs incur $50 per half-hour. Early check-in may be available for a fee ($100 from 8 AM–12 PM; $50 after 12 PM) based on availability.
• Requirements: All guests must submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement.
