Important Guest Information: Guests must be 21 or older to book this property. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, and parties or events are not permitted. Dog guests are welcome with a $15 per night fee (charged separately after booking and must be disclosed during reservation). Pets should remain off furniture, particularly beds, and should be crated when left unattended. Due to the highway location, some road noise may occur during peak traffic hours. A rental agreement is required for all PMI Scenic City properties. Check-in instructions with your unique door code will be provided several days before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $15/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, since rooms 8-15 are dog friendly rooms, there is potential for some noise. Rooms 1-7 do not allow pets to give those who do not wish to be in a pet friendly room options to stay. If you are a pet owner who is bringing your dog to one of the pet friendly rooms, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS to others staying here and be mindful of noise.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

(Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas) #2: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. #3: Quiet times are from 9:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors) #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately. #5: Spills and accidents occur - please notify us immediately if something happens. #6: No Parties or events. #7: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own Happy Stays app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay.
