This updated, luxurious suite is designed for two guests and features a functional layout including one bedroom with a King size bed, one full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. The 600 square foot space provides a clean, comfortable environment that is fully stocked and ready for your arrival.

• Exterior cameras are present on the outside of the buildings
• Due to the highway-adjacent location, some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours
• A rental agreement from PMI Scenic City is required

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a pet rent of $15 per night per pup, charged separately after booking. Cats are not permitted. To protect future guests with allergies, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds and should be crated if left alone. Guests are asked to pick up after their pets and remain mindful of noise to be courteous to other guests.

Additional Fees: Damage fees apply for towels ($4-$38), bedding ($8-$66), comforters ($88-$141), and pillows ($27). Furniture or fixture repairs are charged per vendor invoice. Excessive cleaning fees range from $50 to $200, and smoking inside the property incurs a $200 per day fee.
