Named after the Finnish architect and designer Alvar Aalto, who believed every building—down to the fixtures—should be a work of art, this suite is designed to create a more beautiful everyday life. Experience the Scenic City from this wonderful mid-century modern inspired retreat, offering the privacy of your own home away from home.

This sophisticated 600 square foot suite is perfectly configured for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 full bathroom. The layout includes a stocked kitchenette and an en suite bathroom, ensuring a clean, comfortable environment with a luxurious feel.

While the property is professionally managed and fully stocked for your visit, guests can enjoy several shared outdoor features:

Parking available directly in front of the room

Located at the base of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the property offers a central location just minutes from the incline in St Elmo and Ruby Falls. Its position just off the interstate provides convenient access to downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium, which is approximately 10-15 minutes away. Please be aware that because of this convenient highway access, some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours.

Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly, but cats are not allowed. There is a pet rent of $15 per night per dog. To protect future guests with allergies, we request that pets stay off the furniture (especially the bed) and be crated if left alone. Please be mindful of noise and pick up after your furry companions.

Additional Notes:

Mid-stay cleans are required every 15 days for stays of 30+ days ($50 per clean).
Damage fees apply for towels, bedding, and furniture based on repair costs.
Smoking inside the property results in a fee of $200 per day of the stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $15/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, since rooms 8-15 are dog friendly rooms, there is potential for some noise. Rooms 1-7 do not allow pets to give those who do not wish to be in a pet friendly room options to stay. If you are a pet owner who is bringing your dog to one of the pet friendly rooms, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS to others staying here and be mindful of noise.

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $50.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

#1: There is no smoking inside the home at any time. (Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas) #2: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. #3: Quiet times are from 9:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors) #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately. #5: Spills and accidents occur - please notify us immediately if something happens. #6: No Parties or events. #7: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own Happy Stays app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay.
