To ensure a seamless stay, the property provides essentials including towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee, cups, utensils, and plates.

While the suite provides a private retreat, guests can enjoy the shared outdoor amenities of the lodge. The outdoor space features a gazebo with a gas grill and a gas fire pit with relaxing chairs, perfect for cozy evenings without the need for kindling. Ideally situated just off the interstate, The Gray Room provides convenient access to Downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain, and is approximately 10-15 minutes from the TN Aquarium. Please note that because of this convenient highway location, some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours.

• Minimum Age: Guests must be 21 or older to rent this property
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping; no parties or events
• Security: Exterior cameras are located on the outside of the buildings
• Pets: Dog-friendly (cats are not allowed). A pet rent of $15 per night per dog applies as a separate charge. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and should be crated if left alone.
• Requirements: PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all stays.

Potential fees include costs for damaged towels, bedding, or furniture, and a smoking fine of $200 per day of the stay. Be mindful that as this is a pet-friendly wing, some noise from other dogs may occur.
