Discover a wonderful retreat at The Charlotte Room, located at The Lodge At Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Named after the French designer Charlotte Perriand, who believed that better design creates a better society, this 600 square foot suite is thoughtfully crafted to be your private home away from home in the Scenic City.

This mid-century modern inspired space is perfectly configured for two guests, featuring one bedroom with a King size bed and one full bathroom. The layout is designed for comfort and utility, including an en suite bathroom and a stocked kitchenette for your convenience.

While the room provides an updated luxurious feel and a clean, comfortable environment, the experience extends outdoors. Guests can enjoy a gazebo equipped with a gas grill, a gas fire pit with relaxing chairs for evenings without the need for kindling, and multiple fun lawn games to keep the energy high. For effortless arrivals, parking is available directly in front of the room.

Situated just off the interstate, the property offers convenient access to Lookout Mountain and Downtown Chattanooga, and is approximately 10-15 minutes from the Tennessee Aquarium. Please note that due to this prime location on the highway, some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $15/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, since rooms 8-15 are dog friendly rooms, there is potential for some noise. Rooms 1-7 do not allow pets to give those who do not wish to be in a pet friendly room options to stay. If you are a pet owner who is bringing your dog to one of the pet friendly rooms, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS to others staying here and be mindful of noise.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own Happy Stays app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay.
