Sleeping arrangements here include two queen beds, one full bed, and two twin beds, all kept comfortable with central air and heat. The Small Unit is an inviting space that sleeps 4 guests, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and its own full kitchen. This cozy unit is furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds, utilizing window air conditioning units in the bedroom and the living room/kitchen area. In total, the property provides 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Outdoor living is where this farmhouse truly shines. The property is 100% fenced in on all sides, creating a huge, secure area where children can play without worry. Guests can relax under the shade of six big pecan trees or enjoy the three different patio areas. For those looking for entertainment and leisure, the grounds are equipped with several features:
