• A government-issued photo ID is required upon booking for check-in instructions to be issued.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Exceeding this limit will render the reservation null and void, subject to cancellation without refund.
• Strict check-in/out policy: Violations are charged $50 per hour from the deposit unless authorized in writing.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. Illegal drugs are not permitted.
• Please be aware that the home is equipped with exterior cameras for security.
• A $1 security deposit hold is required and will be released the day after check-out.
• Pets are not allowed.
