This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, guest verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). NOISE LEVEL: 'Quiet Time' in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM, however, 'Quiet Time' in this development is effective 24 hours a day. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Licensee's, their guest's and visitor's agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment or inconvenience of the neighbors. Due to the proximity of the houses, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. PARKING: There is a 1-car garage (larger vehicles may not fit) and 3-in driveway parking that guests are welcome to use, as well as unassigned parking spaces along the street (not directly on the street). No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed on the street.

ENTERING PREMISES: Owner, Owner's Agent, or Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance. Additionally, guest satisfaction is our priority. Please note that essential maintenance is crucial to keeping our home in tip-top shape for you. Visits by service vendors, including pool technicians, landscapers, pest control, and others, may occur during your stay. These visits are unannounced and typically take place in the mornings. Moreover, our team will access the garage/side gate for trash pick-up on the scheduled service day. If you would like to know the usual service days of our vendors prior to booking or require more detailed information, please feel free to request this information from the VARE team. For normal maintenance not covered above, Owner, Owner's Agent, or Agent will provide 24 hours' notice prior to entering the Property.
