Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. Smoking is only allowed 25ft from property line, and all evidence of smoking including but not limited to; butts, ash, burn marks, or capsules must be disposed of by Guest prior to check out and must not be brought inside the home. Evidence of smoking on the premises will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. Guest also agrees to pay an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee starting at $2,000 to Guest, as an excess damage cost. Evidence of smoking outside the home, which is indicated by Guests failure to properly dispose of paraphernalia will result in a $500 per occurrence fee. Guest will not make (or allow to be made) any noise or nuisance that disturbs the comfort or convenience of the Premises’ neighbors. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the city has strict noise restrictions for which they issue fines. The city of Palm Springs has a curfew and does not allow anyone in the backyard after 10:00 PM and does not permit the use of any amplified sound outside the house or at a volume audible outside the house at any time. Per the city, no music, radio, sound amplifier, television, or other sound equipment shall be played outdoors or played inside and audible from outside the property, at any time. This includes cellphones and Bluetooth speakers. Failure to comply with these regulations at any time will result in a fine of $3,000 imposed by owner in addition to any city issued citations and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. This property may be equipped with noise monitoring software. All furniture must be returned to its original location including patio furniture and umbrellas on Guest's departure, or a fee of $75 per hour with a minimum 2-hour charge will be applied to Guests bill for maintenance team to replace furniture to original location Guest will abide by all city ordinances, and will sign a rental agreement with property management company

Please clean up any dirty dishes and put them away. Replace any furniture that was rearranged. Leave used beds unmade. Put any last minute dishes in the dishwasher. Please adjust the air conditioning so it is set to 87 degrees in the warmer months and 68 degrees in the cooler months.
