This spacious estate features a comfortable layout with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for variety and convenience: the Master bedroom features a King bed with an en-suite bath, while the remaining bedrooms are equipped with a combination of Queen beds. For added comfort, guests will find a jack and jill bath shared between bedrooms 3 and 4, and another en-suite bath in bedroom 5.

Each bedroom and common area is equipped with a Roku TV, allowing guests to sign into their own subscriptions or enjoy a vast library of free content and music. The home is designed for leisure, offering a one-story layout for easy accessibility and spacious rooms throughout.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy is 16 people at any time. Parking is limited to a maximum of 5 cars, all of which must be parked in the driveway; street parking is strictly prohibited. The backyard, including the pool and spa, may not be used between 10 PM and 10 AM on weekends, or 10 PM and 7 AM on weekdays, to ensure total silence. Reasonable noise levels are required during the day, and the property is equipped with noise meters and 5 external RING security cameras to monitor the entry, driveway, and yard.

Smoking is prohibited near the neighbor's wall (patio table area is acceptable), and marijuana smoking is not allowed. The fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $75 per pet.
