Location & Neighborhood Situated at the base of Lookout Mountain, The Redbud is within walking distance to the heart of St Elmo. You are just a short 5-minute walk from a variety of great local eateries and the famous Incline Railway, which transports you up the mountain to Point Park for majestic views and a glimpse into Chattanooga's history. Additionally, a quick 5-minute drive brings you to the renowned attractions of Rock City and Ruby Falls.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 or older to rent this property and a rental agreement is required.

Pet Policy: The home is dog-friendly (no cats allowed). A pet rent of $25 per night per dog is charged as a separate fee after booking. To protect future guests with allergies, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and should be crated when left alone. Please ensure you pick up after your pets.

Additional Policies:

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and carries a fee of $200 per day of the stay.
For stays 30 days or longer, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required every 15 days at a cost of $105 per clean. A starting supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee) is provided for long-term stays.
Specific damage fees apply for towels, bedding, comforters, and pillows, while furniture or fixture damage is charged per vendor invoice. An excessive cleaning fee of $50 to $200 may be applied if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $105.

(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

(Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas) #2: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. #3: Quiet times are from 9:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors) #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately. #5: Spills and accidents occur - please notify us immediately if something happens. #6: No Parties or events. #7: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own Happy Stays app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay.
