The layout provides versatility with separate living areas on both levels. Upstairs, the spacious great room boasts vaulted white beadboard ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that create a light, airy ambiance. This level includes a cozy fireplace and a large wall-mounted HDTV for movie nights. Downstairs, a second living space features a plush, comfortable sectional sofa and another fireplace, offering a quiet spot to enjoy a book or a glass of sweet tea.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the home. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed and a very-private lakefront balcony with two cozy chaise lounge chairs. Its ensuite bath includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower with decorative glass block. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed, served by a hall bath with a tub/shower. Downstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and another featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, sharing a bath with a walk-in shower.

The heart of the home is a big kitchen fit for the family gourmet, complete with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood counters, open shelving, and an impressively long breakfast bar. Combined with the adjacent dining table, there is ample seating for the whole group to savor home-cooked meals.

The lower level features a porch swing and additional seating for four, along with both gas and charcoal grills.
