For stays of 30+ days, an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee is provided; guests are responsible for additional consumables thereafter.

Damage fees apply for towels ($4-$38), bedding ($8-$66), comforters ($88-$141), and pillows ($27), while furniture or fixture damage is charged per the vendor repair invoice.
