For additional guests, the lower-level lounge offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Inside, the heart of the home is a great room boasting vaulted ceilings and a stacked-stone gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig Duo and a dining table ideal for family meals. A genuine standout is the downstairs entertainment lounge, which features a bar, mini-fridge, arcade game console, board games, and a 4K Smart TV with virtual surround sound.
