Occurrence: While red tide is a natural phenomenon in Florida's Gulf Coast, its presence and intensity can vary. Guests are advised to avoid swimming in affected waters, especially if they have respiratory conditions. It's also recommended to stay indoors if experiencing irritation. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Persons under 25 to are not allowed to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must verify ID before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. The enclosed pool area is not indoors, there is a screen above so the pool deck area can get dusty and require occasional sweeping or hosing down.
