The principal bedroom, located just off the living area, offers direct access to the porch and features a comfortable king bed and a desk ideal for remote workers. Its spacious ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet. A separate hallway leads to the remaining two bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with a queen bed. Both guest rooms provide ample clothes storage and share a 3-piece bathroom with a large shower. This property accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with a total of 2 bathrooms.

Guests enjoy full private access to the condo and patio, with access to community facilities. A highlight of the stay is the exclusive PACIFICO Beach Club, featuring ocean-view infinity pools, lounge areas, and beach access. Please note that the Beach Club requires a daily admission fee of ₡20,000 CRC per person (with ₡13,200 CRC credited toward food and beverage), payable via credit card. Children under 12 are free. The Beach Club is typically closed in October for maintenance and may close for private events.
