Discover a roomy and peaceful retreat in the heart of Onomichi, Hiroshima. This furnished home provides a serene environment perfectly suited for a small family or a group of friends looking to explore the beauty of Japan.

Located on the second floor of the building, this private unit features one bedroom and one bathroom, offering a comfortable layout for up to three guests. Sleeping arrangements include one double bed that accommodates two adults and one single-size sofa bed for an additional guest. Please note that the building does not have a lift or elevator.

Guests will find hotel-quality amenities to ensure a seamless stay. The property is equipped with essential comforts including:

• Room WIFI and TV
• Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, and dinnerware
• AC/Heater and hairdryer
• Washing machine with free detergent
• Private balcony
• Provided towels and basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)

Situated in a quiet residential area, the home is ideally positioned for sightseeing and Shimanami cycling, located approximately a 6-minute walk west of the Onomichi Station North Exit. The surrounding neighborhood is rich with local convenience stores and restaurants. For those venturing out, the well-known Picture town street Shopping Mall is a 6-minute car ride away, and the Senkoji Park Observatory is just 8 minutes away by car.

To maintain the quality of the home, a few house rules apply: parties, drugs, and pets are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outside and is forbidden inside the room and on the balcony. Guests are asked not to eat on the bed and to avoid putting food, grease, oil, or bones in the kitchen sink. Additionally, please avoid flushing bulk toilet paper to prevent clogging. For the safety of all guests, the unit is protected by CCTV.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must provide a record of their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay (or a copy of their passport for non-residents).
