The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 10 guests with a layout featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are spread across three levels: the entrance level hosts a king bedroom; the upper level features a queen bedroom; and the basement level provides a double bed in one room and a queen bed in another. The bathrooms are well-appointed, including a jacuzzi bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

• Winter Access: Due to the curved slope of the driveway, 4x4 wheel drive and snow tires are essential for winter visits
• Property Rules: No parties allowed; extra guests require prior approval. The exterior is monitored by security cameras 24/7. ID verification and a rental agreement are required where applicable.
