Welcome to the Retro Rainbow Herb River Hideaway, a recently updated second-level apartment that blends comfort with scenic beauty in Savannah, Georgia. This inviting getaway is perfectly positioned for those seeking a peaceful retreat just 8 miles from the vibrant energy of downtown Savannah.

The residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a king size bed in the third bedroom, a queen bed, and a double/full bed across the other two rooms, along with a queen size sleeper sofa located in the living area.

Inside, you will find a living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and Roku for your entertainment. The dining room flows into a kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking needs. One of the bedrooms provides direct access to a large screened-in deck, which also features its own flat screen TV. For those who love the outdoors, the large upper-level covered deck offers plenty of seating, making it a wonderful spot to start or end your day.

Located just a short walk from the river, guests can cross the street to access a long double-decker dock (dock waiver required for gate code). The area also features a community game space with ample seating, a grill, and activities including volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. For a day of sun and sand, Tybee Island is a scenic 30-minute drive away.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: 2 designated spots (1 gravel driveway spot and an additional grass area to the right of the hedge)
• Access: Digital combo lock pad

House Rules and Policies:

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Documentation: A signed rental agreement is required.
• Pets: This is a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required; additional cleaning fees may apply for excess hair, stains, or waste.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made within the free period will receive a 97% refund (3% is retained by the credit card processor).
