Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds, making it perfect for children. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room complete with an oversized chair and a large flat-screen TV with Roku for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel "at home," flowing into a dining room that provides seating for 6. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer.

Step outside to a quaint front porch and a small yard, providing the perfect setting for your morning coffee. The home's exterior features a gravel driveway with parking for two cars, though guests should note there is a small set of steps leading to the main entrance.

Adventure awaits just across the street, where you will find access to a long double-decker dock on the Herb River. The community area is a hub of activity, featuring a grill, ample seating, and a variety of games including volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.

Ideally situated for sightseeing, the hideaway is located only 8.5 miles from the historic charm of downtown Savannah and is a scenic 30-minute drive to the shores of Tybee Island.
