Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, queen-size beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a convenient queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living area.

Inside, you will discover an updated living room featuring two oversized chairs and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. The heart of the home is a full kitchen stocked with everything needed to feel at home, complemented by a dining room that provides seating for 6. Other interior highlights include a full bathroom with a shower and an in-home washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can relax on the quaint screened front porch or gather on the spacious back deck. The property boasts a fully fenced backyard, providing a safe and secure space for children and pets to play. Just across the street, you will find access to a long double-decker dock via a metal gate (dock waiver required for gate code).

Located 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah, the home offers a peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to the city's attractions. Guests also have access to a community game area equipped with a grill, ample seating, and various activities including volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.

• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. All yard waste must be cleaned up.
