For additional guests, the loft area provides a super cozy sectional couch that converts into a queen bed, while the living area includes an extra deep leather couch that also converts into a queen bed.

This exceptional home is defined by its dramatic architecture and high-end finishes, including floor-to-ceiling windows spanning 25 feet and a living area anchored by a 25-foot-tall fireplace. The interior also boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring a gorgeous live edge walnut and concrete peninsula island with seating for four, fully stocked with place settings for 12. Unique to this property are four distinct outdoor living spaces: a beautiful deck with an outdoor fireplace and a fabulous hot tub, a large front patio with Adirondack chairs and a grill, a unique side patio with lake views, and a private balcony off the upstairs master suite.

You are less than a one-minute walk to the lake's edge and a stunning 4-mile walk path that offers dramatic views of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Guests can easily walk to the Marina and nearby restaurants or enjoy local horseback riding, golfing, and wildlife viewing.
