The studio is designed for complete relaxation, featuring a detached and private layout separated from the main residence. The living spaces are thoughtfully finished with quality furnishings and care, overlooking stunning bushland and farmland. For those seeking tranquility, the large deck hosts a private claw-foot bath, perfect for enjoying bubbles while taking in the peaceful views. As evening falls, you can cozy up by the fire pit in the yard and spend your nights stargazing under the open sky.

Sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds

While the studio is a quiet retreat, you are only a short drive away from the seaside village of Culburra Beach, where you can explore local cafes, shops, and scenic walks. The property is also ideally positioned for visiting renowned South Coast attractions, including Jervis Bay and the Two Figs Winery. Please note that a car is required to get around the region.

For guests with electric vehicles, a 7KW Fast EV Charger (lead included) is available in the carport. To use this app-controlled amenity, please notify the hosts at least 24 hours in advance for activation. A flat fee of $20 per day applies to cover electricity costs. For safety and security, charging EVs from internal power points is strictly prohibited.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all, the property is equipped with noise monitors. Outdoor music must stop or move inside by 9:30 PM with all windows and doors closed, and all music must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are never permitted. Additionally, for the safety of guests and children, the horse paddock gate remains padlocked, though you are welcome to enjoy the horses from the fence line.
