For additional guests, the lower-level family room includes a sleeper sofa and a half bath.

Inside, you will find a newly remodeled kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms throughout. The living spaces are designed for relaxation, though guests should note that cable TV is not provided; however, streaming is available using your own account.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Step onto the spacious deck to find a gas grill for BBQs, ample seating for outdoor dining, and a relaxing hot tub for starlit soaks. • Parking: Maximum of 6 spaces (no garage access)
• Rules: Non-smoking and non-vaping property; minimum rental age is 25
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed with a pre-paid pet fee. No other pets permitted.
• Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle is required from November through April. Driveways are plowed only after 5 inches of snow accumulation.
• Requirements: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking to receive door codes. A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.

Guests are asked to bring personal supplies including paper products, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood. Bed linens, cookware, and one bath towel/washcloth per person are provided.
