The spacious layout is designed for families and groups, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The interior includes two cozy bedrooms and a versatile loft, providing flexibility for children or additional guests. Guests can unwind in the inviting living area, which is anchored by a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dining space.

For recreation and relaxation, the home offers a private hot tub to soak in beneath the mountain sky and a foosball table for entertaining. Beyond the front door, you have access to community amenities including tennis courts, a swimming dock, and fishing access to enjoy the natural beauty of Deep Creek Lake.

• Winter Access: 4WD vehicle required from November through April; driveways are plowed after 5 inches of snow

Please note that guests should bring their own paper products, toiletries, coffee filters, beach towels, and firewood. One bath towel and one washcloth per person are provided, along with bed linens and cookware. A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations, and a signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking to receive check-in instructions.
