• Minimum rental age: 25
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited
• Pets are not allowed; undisclosed pets will incur a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee per pet
• Parking: Maximum of 6 spaces; garage access is not available and the driveway is steep
• Winter Travel: A 4WD vehicle is required from November through April. Private driveways are snow-plowed only after 5 inches of snow accumulation
• Guests should bring paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood
• A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking to receive door codes.
