The home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The main level, located on the second floor, boasts soaring ceilings, large windows, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and two of the bedrooms. The lower level is built for fun, featuring a pool table, additional hangout space for friendly competition, and two more bedrooms. The third floor provides a peaceful retreat with the final private loft bedroom, offering added privacy away from the rest of the group.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25
• Pets: Not allowed (undisclosed pets will incur a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee)
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited
• Parking: Maximum of 6 spaces; no garage access
• Driveway: Steep; a 4WD vehicle is required for access from November through April
• Winter Maintenance: Driveways are plowed only after 5 inches of snow accumulation
• Other: A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking to receive door codes.

Please bring your own paper products, food, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood. One bath towel and one washcloth per person, as well as linens for max occupancy, are provided.
