This serene, single-level log home is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in one room and a twin-over-full bunk in the second, providing a versatile layout for small groups or families.

Inside, you will find a cozy living area featuring a gas fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The stylish kitchen is perfect for gathering and preparing meals. The outdoor living space is equally inviting, featuring a private hot tub, a back deck with a gas grill, and a firepit where you can listen to the calming sounds of nature under the stars.

Located in a prime spot for nature lovers, this property offers direct access to hiking trails leading to the Youghiogheny River and Swallow Falls State Park. While it feels tucked away for maximum privacy, it remains just a short drive from the best attractions in the Deep Creek Lake area.

• Minimum rental age: 25
• Pets: Not allowed (undisclosed pets will incur a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee)
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited
• Parking: Maximum of 3 spaces; no garage access
• Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle is required from November through April; driveways are plowed after 5 inches of snow
• Important Notes: No air conditioning, washer/dryer, or dishwasher. Exterior cameras are in use.

Guests should bring their own paper products, food, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, toiletries, and firewood. Bed linens, cookware, and one bath towel and washcloth per person are provided. A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations. To ensure a smooth arrival, a Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to receive door codes.
