Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort across several levels. The main layout includes two bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Specifically, the upstairs offers a king bed and a full bed, while the lower level provides a queen bed and an additional gathering room equipped with a sleeper sofa and a dedicated desk area for those needing a quiet workspace.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25
• Parking: Maximum of 2 spaces (garage access is not available)
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited
• Pets: Not allowed (undisclosed pets will incur a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee)
• Winter Travel: A 4WD vehicle is required from November through April. Driveways are plowed only after 5 inches of snow accumulation.
• Guest Supplies: One bath towel and one washcloth per person are provided. Guests must bring paper products, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood.
