The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second-floor main level features a cozy living room with a stunning stone fireplace, seamlessly connected to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, plus one comfortable bedroom with easy access for all guests. Upstairs, you'll discover a private bathroom and bedroom offering a peaceful escape. The lower level is designed for entertainment and relaxation, boasting two additional bedrooms and a game room with pool table - perfect for movie nights or friendly competitions.

Winter guests (November through April) will need a 4WD vehicle for access, as private driveways are only plowed after 5 inches of snow accumulation.

Guests should bring their own supplies including paper products, toiletries, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, beach towels, and firewood. One bath towel and washcloth per person will be provided, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and bed linens for the maximum occupancy.
