A comfortable bedroom is also located on this level for convenient access. Upstairs, you will find a private bedroom and bathroom offering a peaceful escape. The lower level is dedicated to fun and relaxation, boasting two additional bedrooms and an entertainment room complete with a pool table for friendly competition.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25
• Parking: Maximum of 6 spaces (no garage access)
• Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted on the property
• Pets: Not allowed; undisclosed pets will incur a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee
• Winter Access: 4WD vehicle required from November through April; driveways are plowed once snow reaches 5 inches
• Fees: A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations

Please bring your own paper products, food, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood. One bath towel and one washcloth per person are provided. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking to receive door codes.
